Job Title: Service Tech – Mechanicsburg, PA

Job Description:
Best Line Equipment is looking for a full-time Service Tech for the Mechanicsburg, PA location. The primary function of this position is to troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain all types of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment with a focus on Bobcat compact equipment. Candidate must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical, mechanical abilities. Best Line has on-line and factory training benefits as well.

Requirements:
Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in comparable markets. Beneficial experience would include DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing automotive, truck, construction, industrial, or agricultural equipment. Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage. A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience is required.

Position Type:

Job Title: CDL-A Driver – Harrisburg, Pa

Job Description:
Best Line Equipment is looking for a full-time CDL-A Driver for the Harrisburg, PA facility. The applicant is expected to transport equipment throughout the company and to customers. Loading and unloading equipment onto the vehicle (may involve climbing ladders, walking on top of a vehicle, and moving equipment). Reconciling truck shipping and loading documents including DOT documents (i.e. Logbook and Pre-trip Inspections Sheets). Other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a clean valid CDL-A driver’s license, and ability to pass a DOT physical exam. The position requires knowledge of equipment weights and dimensions, capabilities of our vehicles and equipment, and the ability to work with customers in solving their equipment needs. One to three years driving experience and excellent customer service skills. Ability to sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours while driving, ability to stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour while loading/unloading vehicle and the ability to walk to and from the vehicle (50 to 300 feet at one time).

Job Title: Yard Coordinator / Driver – Allentown, PA

Job Description:
Best Line Equipment is looking for a full-time, Yard Coordinator / Driver based out of our Allentown, PA location. The primary responsibility of the position is to load and unload equipment onto vehicles, which may involve operating a forklift, climbing ladders, walking on top of vehicles, and moving equipment. Other duties include assembling new equipment, testing all functions of equipment for final inspection, assisting customers with equipment needs, and explaining safe operation and functions of equipment to customers. This position is also required to assist with the delivery of equipment to our customers and job sites.

Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum six months of relevant experience in a similar position. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a Non-CDL medical card. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and fellow employees.

Job Title: Inside Sales – Towanda, PA

Job Description:
Best Line Equipment is looking for a full-time, Inside Sales Representative based out of our Towanda, PA location. The primary responsibility of the position is to plan, direct, and coordinate the sales or movement of our equipment to customers in various industries. Job duties include selling products that require extensive technical expertise and support for operation, such as proper operating and handling of equipment. The position serves as a liaison between the customer and our operations, service, and accounts receivable departments. Other job functions include resolving customer complaints and attending all sales calls and meetings.

Requirements:
Applicants must have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar position. The applicant must have a valid driver’s license. The position requires the ability to use a computer and excellent customer service skills. The candidate must be a team-player with the ability to manage multiple items simultaneously.

Position Type:

Job Title: Full Line Outside Sales – Uniontown, PA

Job Description:
Best Line Equipment is looking for a full-time, Full Line Outside Sales Representative based out of our Uniontown, PA location. The sales territory will cover Fayette and Somerset Counties in PA and Monongalia in WV. The primary responsibility of the position is to promote the sale and rental of our product lines to contractors and construction-related businesses in this assigned territory. The applicant must have construction equipment knowledge and have the customer service and sales skills necessary to earn a significant portion of their wage based upon sales results. The applicant is expected to schedule appointments, call upon rental and sales customers, and promote all of our product offerings. Duties will include developing, maintaining, and growing strong customer relationships to create a steady and ever-growing revenue stream.

Requirements:
Applicants must have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar position. The applicant must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a medical physical examination. The position does not require a CDL but does require a medical card. The position requires the ability to use a computer and excellent customer service skills. The candidate must be a team-player with the ability to manage multiple items simultaneously.

Position Type:
